Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, subscribing, making a donation, or using the interlüde website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern:

  • Participation in interlüde workshops, events, and community spaces.
  • Subscription to interlüde communities.
  • Use of this website, as well as the Discord server.

2. One-Time Workshop Tickets

Booking & Payment

  • Tickets are sold for specific workshops and dates via Luma or Eventbrite.
  • A booking becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed.
  • Tickets are only valid after full payment is received.
  • Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.

Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets are intended for personal participation and may not be transferred unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • If you need to transfer your ticket, contact us.

3. Subscriptions

How They Work

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at €7 per month.
  • Each subscription provides access to 4 online workshops per month in your chosen community.
  • Unused credits accumulate and can be used in future months.
  • Subscriptions are non-binding and can be paused or canceled at any time.
  • Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Billing & Cancellation

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime via Stripe or by contacting us.
  • Refunds for partial months are not available.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Multiple Subscriptions

  • To access multiple communities, you must subscribe to each one separately.
  • Each subscription is €7/month and is managed independently.

4. Collaborations

Volunteer Commitment

  • Collaborations require a commitment of at least 3 hours per month.
  • Collaborators receive free access to workshops in their chosen community.
  • Collaboration agreements are made individually and may include specific roles or responsibilities.
  • There is no refund associated with collaboration. Access is provided as part of the volunteer agreement.

Expectations

  • Collaborators are expected to show up reliably and communicate if plans change.
  • Collaborators must follow the Community Guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to end a collaboration if expectations are not met.

5. Workshop Participation

General Participation

  • Workshops are designed to foster connection, reflection, and shared experiences.
  • Workshops are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice.
  • Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to workshop content, timing, facilitators, or location if necessary.

Community Expectations

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and in line with the published Community Guidelines
  • Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop or community space.
  • We reserve the right to exclude participants before or during an event if necessary to protect the safety, well-being, or experience of others.

Discord Bot Usage

Our Discord bot collects anonymized behavior data and quiz/survey responses to help
us improve community health and learning outcomes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during and after events.
  • If you have health concerns or specific needs, please let us know when you book.

6. Community Participation (Discord & Online Spaces)

  • Some workshops or activities may involve participation in online community spaces (e.g., Discord).
  • All participants must follow the Community Guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to moderate, mute, or remove participants who violate guidelines.
  • What is shared in community spaces is confidential and should not be shared outside without consent.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, venue issues, or insufficient participation).
  • In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
  • Participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
  • Subscription holders will maintain their credits and can use them for rescheduled workshops or other community sessions.

8. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are handled in accordance with the interlüde Refund Policy.

Summary:

  • One-time workshop tickets: Refundable up to 48 hours before the event.
  • Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime to stop future charges
  • Donations: Non-refundable.
  • Collaborations: Not refundable (access and other perks are provided as part of the volunteer agreement).

9. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary, one-time contributions.
  • Donations are non-refundable.
  • Your donation directly supports interlüde’s mission to create meaningful spaces for connection.
  • We are transparent about how donations are used.

10. Liability

  • Participation in workshops and community spaces is at your own risk.
  • interlüde is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during or in connection with workshops or online spaces, except. in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence
  • Participants agree to release interlüde from liability for any harm that may occur during their participation.

11. Digital Delivery

  • All tickets, subscriptions, and event information are delivered electronically via email.
  • No physical products are shipped.
  • Email confirmations serve as proof of purchase.

12. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its normal operation.
  • You agree not to engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or harmful activities.
  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website or services in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

13. EU Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Tickets for workshops or events with a specific date or time
  • Subscriptions (digital services already consumed)

However, you can cancel subscriptions at any time without penalty.

14. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of interlüde or our collaborators.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without permission.

15. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how and why we collect and use personal information.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of your booking or subscription applies. Continued use of interlüde services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin, Germany.
